TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: June 15, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and KO Studios LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("KO Studios," "we," "us"). They cover the MeshBoard websites (meshboard.ai, demo.meshboard.ai), the MeshBoard web app (app.meshboard.ai), the MeshBoard relay and APIs (api.meshboard.ai), and the MeshBoard software we distribute (together, "MeshBoard" or the "Services").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
MeshBoard coordinates software work across your own devices. Your machines run the jobs; our relay carries sign-in, notifications, and encrypted control messages so you can supervise from anywhere. Your code and files live on your hardware, not our servers (see the Privacy Policy and Security & privacy pages).
Because the work runs on your hardware:
Signing in uses a magic link sent to your email address. Anyone who controls that inbox controls your MeshBoard account, so keep it secure and current. Accounts are for one person. You must be at least 13 years old (and if you're under the age of majority where you live, have a parent or guardian's permission).
You own your code, files, prompts, job content, and results ("Your Content"). You grant us only the narrow license we need to operate the Services: transmitting and temporarily storing the data you route through our relay, and storing your account data. Control-channel payloads are end-to-end encrypted as described on the Security page — we can't read them and don't want to. We do not train AI models on Your Content and do not sell it.
You're responsible for Your Content — including having the rights to the code and data you process with MeshBoard.
MeshBoard dispatches work to AI models you choose: models running on your own hardware, or cloud providers you connect with your own accounts and API keys.
Don't use the Services to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
MeshBoard is free for personal use. Paid plans (Pro and Team) unlock additional capacity, cloud usage credits, and collaboration features; pricing is shown before you subscribe, and nothing silently converts your free use into a paid obligation. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the cycle shown at checkout, and you can cancel anytime. Cloud AI providers you connect bill you directly under their own terms.
MeshBoard — including the software, site, design, MeshBoard name, logo, and other brand assets — belongs to KO Studios LLC and its licensors. These terms don't give you any right to use our brand. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent:
We respond to valid notices, including removing material and, for repeat infringers, terminating accounts where appropriate.
MeshBoard is a young product. Features may change, break, or be discontinued — including the free tier, with reasonable notice. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Services. Because your code, history, and receipts live on your machines, ending your account doesn't take your work away — relay-dependent features simply stop.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that AI output will be accurate or safe, or that jobs dispatched to your devices will behave as intended. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) KO Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, code, or goodwill — including damage caused by jobs executed on your devices or by AI output; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If a third party brings a claim against us arising from Your Content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of an AI provider's terms, you'll defend and indemnify us against that claim, and we'll have the right to participate in the defense with our own counsel.
These terms are governed by Washington law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, email legal@meshboard.ai — most issues can be fixed within 30 days of a good-faith note. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and both sides consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there. Either side may seek injunctive relief for IP or confidentiality violations in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give notice (site banner or email) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You'll comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws when using the Services.
